IMG World of Adventures

MG Worlds of Adventure is an indoor amusement park in the United Arab Emiratesin Dubai. It is Dubai’s first mega themed entertainment destination. The park is divided into five zones". Two of the five zones represent global brands Cartoon Network and Marvel, while IMG Boulevard and the Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure zones are original concepts created by the IMG Group.

IMG Worlds of Adventure is one of the largest temperature controlled indoor themed entertainment destination in the world, covering an area in excess of 1.5 million square feet.

With the capacity to welcome more than 20,000 guests a day, the destination features roller coasters, thrill rides, and other attractions based on popular Cartoon Network characters, iconic Marvel Super Heroes and animatronic dinosaurs. Other facilities include a variety of themed retail stores and dining venues, and a 12-screen Novo cinema complex.

Warner Bros Abu Dhabi

Warner Bros Abu Dhabi theme park comprises 29 different rides, shows and attractions.

The theme park brings together stories and characters from the studio's portfolio of DC Comics Super Heroes universe including, Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman as well as cartoons such as Bugs Bunny, Scooby-Doo and Tom and Jerry. It  includes areas for  19 themed rides. The park is expected to increase the number of annual visitors to Yas Island by additional 5 million people in the first year of opening.

Motion gate Dubai is a Hollywood-inspired theme park located in Dubai Parks and Resorts, showcasing themed areas and attractions based on Dream Works Animation, Columbia Pictures, Lionsgate, and The Smurfs with a total of 27 attractions as well as a vibrant retail, dining and entertainment options across all areas.

Rocco Forte Hotel

Rocco Forte Hotel is a mixed use development that includes a 281 room key hotel, a shopping center, 34 suites, three restaurants, indoor and outdoor coffee shops, spas, swimming pools and 580 underground parking spaces.

The total area of the hotel and associated functions is be approximately 60,000 m2 of gross external area above grade.

The development also includes several landscaped gardens on grade as well as the first floor podium terrace.

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi

The Cleveland Clinic project is located at Al-Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, the hospital represents more than 30 medical and surgical specialties, the project comprised of 8 buildings, more than 7000 rooms and three story car parking and considered one of the world’s most advanced medical centers.

Marsa Al Seif

Marsa AlSeef is a mixed use development located on the banks of Dubai Creek adjacent to Al Seef Street in Dubai. The project spread over 1.8-kilometre (km) includes residential, leisure, retail and entertainment facilities.

The project comprises three hotels offering 550 keys, which includes 200 key heritage hotel, a 150 key contemporary up-scale hotel and a 200 key contemporary luxury hotel. It will also include an authentic souk, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, Emirati craft workshops, handicraft stores, a floating market, a 68-berth marina for private yachts, an open air museum and an amphitheater.
